一直以來都是刷普通的牙膏
而且盡量避免吃多醬汁的食物
不然就是用門牙吃
很擔心側邊兩旁的牙齒藏污納垢形成黃牙
不過我總覺得每次刷完之後都好矛盾

還可以刷到最後一刻滿意了才漱口
可以完整的刷完每一顆牙齒
好好完成清潔工作而不是都還未清潔完太辣太多泡泡趕快漱口
害我牙齒又黃又有蛀牙

兩週後色差明顯白
其實刷完後就有感.覺得比較白
雖然還有些黃不是每一顆都白得像珍珠
但才兩個星期要對付多年的黃垢有此成績已不簡單
而且是剛吃完東西後拍照的
似乎都沒有變回黃的跡象

皆早晚飯後都有刷
吃完東西後會覺得有防護膜仍然包住牙齒的感覺
特別是吃清淡的食物感覺更強烈食物不易黏牙
所以你會覺得吃完牙齒都還是乾淨的爽爽的

 我還覺得擦完後平時敏感有牙週病的牙齒好轉了

以前刷牙會流牙血用了這個之後沒有流
牙膏的顏色都沒有轉紅我就知道了
更愛笑展示一下自己的潔牙
而且還能盡情享受食物不用忌諱
不但解決我的問題困擾
刷完就可以見到明顯的白覺得簡單又實用
所以十分適合平日使用
同時牙齒敏感的人試一下
